1. Redesign and rebuild the head area code, so that it can be compliant with the different logo size.
2. Refactor the leftpane contentpane rightpane, so that the contentpane can be extended
   automatily if there are not any contents in the leftpane or the rightpane.
3. Resolve the existed DNN5.X compatibility issues.
4. Upgrade the cssmenu skinobjects to support IE8.
5. Support changing the text size through the browser.
6. Separate the container styles from the skin.css, reduce the container file size, so that
   the website can load the skin pack faster.
